Getting started
How do I create a trip?
Open your dashboard at voyagevault.io/app, sign in with your phone number, and tap New trip. Your first trip is free, forever.
How do I add my group’s photos and messages?
Three ways — use whichever fits your group:
- Add directly (works for any phone). In a trip, tap “Add to this trip” and pick photos, videos, audio, or files from your camera roll. On iPhone you can also tap Share → Save to VoyageVault from Photos, Messages, or Safari.
- All-iPhone group. Add the VoyageVault iMessage contact shown in your trip setup — the thread stays blue and saves automatically.
- iPhone + Android group. Add the VoyageVault number shown in your trip setup — it becomes a green-bubble MMS group everyone can share to.
Can I install VoyageVault like an app?
Yes. On iPhone, open voyagevault.io/app in Safari, tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and choose Install app. You’ll get a home-screen icon and can share content straight into a trip.
Using your trip
How do I ask questions about a trip?
Open a trip and use the ask-anything box — try “what songs did we play at sunset?” or “where did we eat the first night?”. VoyageVault answers from your trip’s own content.
Where are the photos, songs, and places?
Each trip organizes your content into photos, songs, links, places (on a map), and a Trip Wrapped recap. It updates as you add more.
Is my trip private?
Yes. Trips are private to you and your crew. Nothing is public unless you explicitly create a shareable recap link, and you can turn that off anytime.
Account & billing
How do I sign in?
Enter your mobile number and we text you a one-time code. No passwords.
How does pricing work?
Your first trip is free forever. Additional trips and Pro features are available in the dashboard. See Terms for details. Manage or cancel anytime from your account menu.
How do I stop text messages?
Reply STOP to any VoyageVault text to opt out, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data — we never sell it or share your mobile opt-in for marketing.
How do I delete my data?
Email founder@voyagevault.io from your account and we’ll delete your account and trip content. You can also delete individual trips from the dashboard.
Troubleshooting
I didn’t get my sign-in code.
Wait a minute and tap resend; make sure the number is your mobile and can receive SMS. If it still doesn’t arrive, email us and we’ll help right away.
“Save to VoyageVault” doesn’t show in my share sheet.
Open the VoyageVault app once and sign in first. If it’s still missing, scroll the share sheet’s app row and tap More to enable it.
A photo didn’t upload.
Very large videos can take a moment; keep the app open until it finishes. Re-adding the same file is safe — duplicates are ignored automatically.
